Villa Can Pep Ramon is beautifully situated in the hills above San Augustin. With a great view to sea and walking distance to the idyllic city of San Augustin this villa makes the ideal place for enjoying the beautiful island of Ibiza. The house easily fits two families how all have there own hangout areas. The house has two full equipped kitchens and the two guest apartments both have their own kitchenette as well. The house is build with high-end materials and has a warm and real Ibizian charm to it. San Augustin has two good restaurants, a Spar (for groceries) and within a 5 min drive you access the lovely town Sant Joseph. The airport & Ibiza town is less than 20 minutes drive and beaches like cala bassa are a view minutes away. Also the Blue Marlin are very close by. The house is located one of the most extreme mountain bike routes, 12, but you can also take it more easy by just walk in Benimussa.
